Our hydrostatic testing and inspection services check for cylinder leaks, strength and ensure appropriate cylinder pressure. Our hydrostatic testing complies with all appropriate U.S. DOT and Transport Canada regulations. With our ability to offer hydrostatic testing along with Ultrasonic Evaluation, we can supply you with a safe, efficient, and cost-effective solution for your cylinder testing needs.

From 5 pounds to 1000WG, we service propane cylinders of all shapes and sizes up to 1000 gallon. Most of the common sizes are 120WG, 250WG, 325WG, 500WG, and 1000WG. These can be either horizontal or vertical. We will pick them up, shot blast, remove old paint, dirt, rust, and replace old valves and then deliver them back to your location.

ALL PROPANE CYLINDERS ARE:

• Primed and painted with Rust-Oleum High Performance 9800 Uretano/Urethane Mastic paint.

Vacuum repairs carry a two-year warranty, 90 days for parts.
